Oscar’s journey to real estate leadership began in an unexpected place: behind the barber’s chair. A native of Fort Lauderdale, Oscar spent years as a master barber serving South Florida’s vibrant community. By building trust one client at a time – especially among local entrepreneurs – he discovered a passion for helping people transform their lives. He eventually turned that passion into a real estate career. As Oscar likes to say, “My venture is real estate!”. Today he is the founder of Ares Luxury Properties LLC, a Fort Lauderdale firm he launched after earning his broker’s license.
At Ares Luxury, Oscar has built a tight-knit team that shares his clients‑first philosophy. With over a decade of experience in South Florida’s market, he is fluent in both English and Turkish. This bilingual edge – and the fact that he splits time between Fort Lauderdale and Istanbul – gives him a truly cosmopolitan outlook. Oscar effortlessly bridges cultures and languages, helping clients from around the world feel at home here. His track record speaks for itself: he’s handled dozens of high-end transactions, consistently representing buyers and sellers with professionalism and expertise.

Outside of work, Oscar is energetic and adventurous. He stays disciplined through regular boxing training and loves traveling to broaden his horizons. A self-described foodie and tech enthusiast, he enjoys discovering new restaurants in Fort Lauderdale or Istanbul and keeping up with the latest gadgets. Above all, Oscar’s proudest roles are husband and father.
